Counter-rotation is when the hips and ribs rotate in opposite directions.  This happens in everyone.
However, for females, it's their hips that rotate more while their shoulders are more still;  on
men, it's their shoulders that rotate more while their hips are more still.  So, to walk in a more
feminine way, simply stop your shoulders from rotating at all, so that any needed rotation is done
by your hips.  (this also prevents you from overdoing the hip rotation, only doing the minimum
needed)

    - Go to a food court, WATCH *LOTS* of women.

    - HOLD YOUR SHOULDERS BACK.  Women *have* to do this because they have the weight of their
      breasts in front that they have to lean back to counter.  You can feel the effect if you
      wear a bra that's padded with rice.
      But you don't need weight up front to look like that, just keep your shoulders back.


If you cross your legs, DON'T cross them so your ankle is on your knee.
Rather, either:
        - cross your ankles only, but don't cross your knees, or:
        - cross your knees completely  (modesty is paramount, after all)
