proper sex be allowed in, how does the law decide in gender-variant or transgender cases?
- There are many places in law where the gender of the person is crucially important. The fact that
we have such a long history of this means that, now, the law wants to discourage people from being
able to have a fluid gender. Thus, often SRS is required before one is able to be assigned the
new gender.
