Places of local (Chicago) news of trans issues, so I'll be involved if other trans folks mobilize:
(I know that peaceful protests don't always have much of an impact. We still have to try though, because transgender visibility is a REALLY important issue. Many people don't recognize that a given individual is trans (or willfully ignore the possibility), and otherwise underestimate how many trans people and trans allies there are)
