Sites that you can spend a lot of time on, that link to or host a large amount of content produced by others.
- Timekiller — while it has voting, there doesn't seem to be a way to sort by popularity. Rather, the focus seems to be on using its fast search engine to mine its huge amount of content. (especially good for searching for specific producers of content, or specific models, such as the latest Playmates)
- Digg-like sites, where the focus is on the community voting individual webpages from other sites up or down, and the ability to see the highest-voted content
- Private BitTorrent trackers — focus on files from 50mb to 2GB and larger, tends to be full-length movies or site-rips
- YouTube-like sites for porn, where people can post ameteur videos or (more often) other people's copyrighted videos that tend to be shorter in length.
- TGP sites, thousands of different ones — They link to individual gallery-pages of pictures and very short video. Usually contain some percentage of deceptive links to spam, have no community input, and usually get a financial kickback from the sites they link to. However, they're the primary drivers of free+legal porn on the Internet. Since there are so many of them, many are also specialized, so they're one way of finding porn to suit specific tastes.
- Porn blogs — sort of a variant on TGP's... sometimes done by an individual pro-bono, sometimes community-driven, but often has commercial ties like TGP's. Tend to be subject-specific, and there are quite a few that focus on less-nude things like bikinis or the latest celebrity candids/nipple-slips/photoshoots.
