Compatibility for double-ended bits

Double-ended bits often won't fit properly in some drivers.

DELETE THE BELOW once I find a ¼" to 4mm adapter that works.

- Maybe not: "This bit holder is not deep enough for a double ended bit." and "Double ended bits would not fit."

- Maybe not: "The double ended 4mm bits ... will not fit this holder/adapter which is only for single ended bits."
