feature-wise, this is what AutoIt has going for it:

smaller issues

stdout is somewhat difficult, and consequently CGI is too (though that's such a rare use-case anyway)
- (on the other hand, AutoIt is generally easier, so someone has a native webserver coded up)
- (on the other hand, somebody also embedded AutoIt in a CGI handler
- (and a lightTPD handler)
