- the MOST OBVIOUS thing to do is to include the "view in another window" link on the "upcoming
  events" header [1]

- Another thing you can do is change the    width="345"   parameter in the iframe to 
  width="95%".

    - However, that isn't perfect either.  We have a fundamental problem, that the 
      embedded calendar REALLY wants a certain amount of room, and the sidebar isn't wide
      enough for that.

    - so, we COULD make the sidebar take up more room?
