My T-Mobile plan is currently "T-Mobile Unlimited Freedom", which includes the add-on "ULF Data w/60GB Hotspot".

If I want to check my current hotspot data usage, click on t-mobile.com/usage and look at the "Mobile Hotspot" line.

For reference, T-Mobile's fastest tethering plans are "Magenta Max" and "Go5G Plus". [1] [2]

WiFi connections

I'm using the "WokFi" setup, with a USB WiFi module placed in the center of a metal bowl that's very approximately shaped like a parabolic reflector. (emphasis on the 'approximately')
