Severe C-PTSD

• DSO (Disturbances in self-organization), the version of C-PTSD that made it into the ICD-11.

DSO symptoms are defined by three clusters: (1) affective dysregulation, (2) negative self-concept, and (3) disturbances in relationships.

Scales:

• International Trauma Questionnaire (ITQ) (one section of questions is to assess PTSD, the other section is to assess DSO)
• Complex Trauma Screener (CTS) (questions 4 to 7 are focused on DSO)
