Assuming you have configuration files and the server setup already, what are the basic things you need to know to jump in and use things?
placing the config file
In Windows, rename it to a *.ovpn file, and place it in C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config.
In Linux/etc, it's a .conf file.
stopping/restarting the OpenVPN process
