Since I used to be a Wikipedia admin, some smaller wikis are wary of the work I do: 1) they want to keep their policies distinct from Wikipedia, and 2) they often discourage non-substantive edits.
That said, there is structural cleanup that some of them find useful:

Oldest pages (Special:AncientPages)
Orphaned pages (Special:LonelyPages)
Pages with the fewest revisions (Special:FewestRevisions)

Special:ProtectedTitles
Special:ShortPages
Special:UncategorizedCategories
Special:UncategorizedImages
Special:UncategorizedPages
Special:UncategorizedTemplates
Special:UnusedCategories
