- is there a way to at least make a list-of-links for a given language, where the links actually GO
TO THE SECTION that the programming language is at?

            ^^^^^^^^

            - this would require a bot to update the summary-page, no?

            - or could it be done via an off-site CGI?

            - OH!!! I like the Javascript solution! The proposed solution there is a little wonky
              though.

                - Much better to modify the link on the 'from' page rather than look at the referrer on the 'to' page.

                - It needs something on each language+category page that will trigger it specifically

- investigate if this (or something like it) would work for making a by-language summary, where
the code is actually TRANSCLUDED on the language page
