XenSource is a commercial entity dedicated to improving the Xen open-source project (and has money to spend on the project)
Corporate cooperation:
- AMD will be working with Xensource to get their virtualization hardware (available 2006) working with Xen
- Intel will be working with Xensource to get their virtualization hardware (available 2005) working with Xen
- IBM will be integrating some of their virtualization features into Xen
Xen does not currently support running Windows inside of it, however, once hardware support is available, Xen WILL be able to run Windows inside
However, Xen may not run within Windows in the foreseeable future
