Duke3D comes with the program "kextract.exe". Call it like this:
kextract duke3d.grp *.*
The
*.voc
files that are extracted are the audio files. Apps that can open them:
convert
(Try this one first. It worked for the majority (but not all) of the .vocs I tried to convert to .wav)
winamp (some of them anyway)
voc2wav
voc2wav5
(improved version of "voc2wav")
some of the more memorable "soundboard" audio clips:
chew05.voc
It's time to kick ass and chew bubble gum. And I'm all out of gum.
