Is there some kind of "standard" for how big manufacturers should make them?

• Blinry says that, where the container interfaces with the lid, the container's ID is 110 mm, and the container's OD is 119 mm. (This is ~4.3" ID and 4.7" OD)
• CustomCupFactory.com says all of theirs are made to have a 116mm top rim diameter.
• ULine says their lids are 4½" diameter, and they offer both regular and "heavy duty" containers.
• PrecisionMaster.com says theirs are 117 mm OD.

• The plastic should be translucent, not clear. This usually means you want PP plastic (polypropylene), not PET plastic.
