butter basted eggs

Note that the term 'basted eggs' is often used to describe a cooking method where the tops of the eggs are cooked with steam, after placing a lid over the pan. That's not these. The goal here is to cook the yolk minimally, by controlling exactly where the butter is dropped.

NOTE that the FDA recommends cooking eggs "until yolks are firm" because of the risk of Salmonella. A good solution is to buy pasteurized shell eggs.
