A timeline: (Bekki keeps suggesting she'll get officials involved, many months after the fact)

• June/July/August(?) 2009 — she kicks a hole in the wall
• October 28, 2009 — Bekki punches and breaks a board that I have in my hands. I snap, throw her against the wall, and have a 5 minute knock-down-drag-out fight with her. Afterwards, my face is bloody from multiple scratch wounds, and she reports several bruises on her head.
  (her story and mine agree for the events leading up to, and including, initial physical contact)
• Jan 10, 2010 — I kick a hole in my bedroom door, but don't go near her, or threaten her in any way.
  (as far as I know, there is no dispute regarding the facts of this incident)

Let me be clear: Not only is she free to move out, I want her to move out, and I don't want to know where her new apartment is. The best way forward is for her to get a restraining order and/or for me to start eviction procedings (the last time she was able to pay even part of her rent was July 2009).
