bookmarked purchase — a knife with a ceramic utility blade, to use for cooking
I already have one of these knives, it's excellent. But I often use it for non-food uses, and don't clean it afterwards.
I could purchase a second one of these, and reserve it for food only.
the knife — Either an OKNIFE Otacle U1, or an OKNIFE U1 Ultra. I feel like the 'Ultra' version has a little more sanitary handle, as compared to the Otacle U1's handles that are either Micarta or G-10.
On the other hand, Micarta and G-10 are probably fine because normal chef's knives sometimes have handles made of both these materials.
