propane torch heads and accessories for cooking

For cooking, I find I want a very WIDE flame. Not intense though, just wide.

    • I don't think this is sold anywhere on Amazon? It's unclear, because the Amazon product descriptions say "pro grade", but they all look much closer to the original. It's possible you can only buy it here directly from the manufacturer.
      • Also, the Amazon product description says "Includes: one (1) Searzall", while the Modernist Cuisine page says "includes: (1) Searzall Pro".
    • The manual says "For best searing performance, we recommend using MAPP/MAP Pro cylinders".
    • The manual says it's compatible with the Bluefire BTS-8090, the Bluefire BTS-8099, or the Berzomatic TS8000. It recommends the BTS-8090.

alternative solutions

Just buy the Wagner Furno 750. It's much cheaper AND more versatile/flexible. And taste-tests show that it actually cooks food better!
