Somebody needs to write arping for Windows.
- NetScanTools provides a proprietary version
- linux version that's been compiled under MINGW and Cygwin. Usage notes (for v2.06):
- it MUST be installed in c:\windows\system32\. Yes, it's lame, but it looks for the WinPcap .DLLs in the directory that it resides in, otherwise it crashes.
- TODO: submit a patch to the man page, listing basic example uses... it's too hard to figure out how to get it working at first
- linux soruce can be downloaded here (1200 lines? shit dogg... maybe we can just do a line-for-line port to C#?) Though I'd really like to make some of these enhancements:
