Being a female sysadmin means that you're sometimes put in the double-bind... people either respect your femininity or your skills, but not both.
One interesting way to tackle that is to get sysadmin plushies. :)
Of course, the corporate ones are trademarked, so it might be difficult to get these, even on Etsy. The only option might be to hand-make them.
