What are my intense dissociative episodes?

Some things that seem close to describing what it is:

• DP / DR
• dissociative shutdown
• dissociative fugue
• When it occurs, I lose almost all sensation in my body and I disconnect from almost all my emotions.

I posted in a Facebook group about DP/DR, maybe the responses can provide some help?
