- dice 1/3 cup of jalepenos
- mix with 0.75 lbs of beef, and brown
- drain fat
- mix in:
- 2-3 pinches of garlic
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella to add a contrasting coolness
- cover and cook on low heat for a few minutes until cheese is melted
