This is what I like to have most mornings when I'm on Atkins.
  1. Squeeze out 1/3lb of Bob Evans "zesty hot" breakfast sausage into a skillet. Cook all the way through on high. Slide sausage to one side of the pan.
  2. Remove pan from heat, crack three eggs, scramble.
  3. some options for fire:
  4. Cook and scramble eggs on low heat.
  5. When eggs are nearly cooked, sprinkle finely-grated cheese over eggs and sausage, and cook with lid for a minute or two.
  6. Chop sausage up, and serve.
