Low workbench — Details
According to David Walton:
Width
Height — It should come up exactly to your knee.
Thickness of the top — 2.5 - 3"
Weight — Heavier is better.
Could I slide some
lead ingots
onto the underside? Or perhaps place sandbags atop a cross-piece that connects each pair of end-legs?
Leg tenons — Conical vs round.

Wow, the base looks incredibly sturdy. (though a little overcomplicated compared to traditional legs)
