I've considered the need to change to a different hobby other than computers, for various reasons. Hobbies I might choose include:

electrical circuits
- microcontrollers, or larger system-on-a-chips
- tesla plasma speaker — probably requires me to learn a huge amount of material first, but it's undoubtedly fascinating
- ham radios generally, I guess
- software-defined radio
