Here are some examples of sections of US Code that override the 1st amendment.
- intellectual property
    
 - obscenity
 - perjury
 - Threatening the President or successors to the Presidency 
 - Threatening past Presidents, their families, or any Presidential Candidates
 - Using postal mail to attempt to blackmail, extort, kidnap, or injure.
- Using postal mail to send information on how to do immoral acts, or on how to incite arson, murder, or assasination.
 - Falsely representing oneself as an agent or representative for a 4-H club
 - Threatening to interfere with commerce
 - As a US Government Employee, releasing false crop reports
	or false weather reports
 - Using any facility of interstate commerce to incite a riot
 - Committing fraud in connection with telemarketing
 - Inciting rebellion or insurrection against the US or its laws
 - Conspiring to overthrow the government
 - Placing an advertisement for a device, and promoting it as a device to be used for communication interception
 - Releasing personally identifiable information about customers of a video or tape rental store
