Issues that have to be resolved:

• if the same-sex thing was resolved, it would make marriage-while-transitioning far far easier
• removal of sex segregation, including:
  • for privacy/safety reasons
    • public toilets
    • public showers
    • dorms
    • changing rooms
    • prisons
  • sports are often separated by gender (this is often due to phisiological differences, which means that intergender issues aren't really involved; however, intersex issues still are)
