Okay, that might be too strong of a statement. But for the most part: 1) it's institutional racism that impacts people's lives, not individual racism, and 2) the concept of reverse-discrimination is tainted by its heavy use by white supremacists and MRA folks, to the point that it's hard to take someone seriously if they start a conversation by mentioning reverse discrimination.
