Higher-level TODOs... management-level or big-picture-level stuff. Stuff that's nonetheless
concrete. But that takes more thinking/planning to make it happen.
- 6 Nov 2010 retreat
- short-term financial planning
- long-term financial planning
- "first base" planning for the move
- what sort of "triggers" would we watch for, to know when a move is needed?
- what's a vague outline of things we need to do in the immediate run-up to the move, ie. how long do we need to really prepare in advance?
- do another recycling run, particularly for monitors
- the agreed-upon target date is December 10, 2010
- the agreed-upon contents will be 1) monitors, 2) printers, and 3) mixed recycling, and it will go to SSI
- hold a "What documentation do you wish someone had given to you? Okay, now CREATE THAT document." party
(our documentation is abysmal, and it's obvious even to the newbiest of newbies...
but this is something we can convert into an advantage!)
- do a wiki-training session
- search for message-ID AANLkTi=dN4fLoPAKrQ=TsBVe9NEhzOyfzA9-oHW2exD7@mail.gmail.com in GMail, for the specific outline of what this would be
- hold another "cleanup day" ~3 months from the last one
- the last one was October 31, 2010, so... January 30, 2011?
