Keys that are underutilized, and are prime for use as hotkeys.

right-alt, right-control, right-windows
capslock
fourth/fifth mouse buttons
LOTS of chording combinations (however, chording makes the original key only pass-through on key-up ONLY, which can be a big pain sometimes)
right mouse double-click
