• poTrace (works pretty good on B/W images, but doesn't do color)
• AutoTrace (haven't tried it yet)
• linetracer (haven't tried it yet)
• delineate -- a front-end for poTrace and AutoTrace

Tips

• do pre-processing in GIMP/Photoshop first...
  • possibly scale it up, then blur a bit, then sharpen it back (to remove scaling artifacts)
  • if at all possible, make it a black-and-white image beforehand, so you know exactly what the cutoff is going to be
