Basic features for sorting incoming email:
- color-highlight
Tools[button] > Preferences > Mail[tab] > Message Marking[tab] > Senters[tab]
- sort into folders
Tools[button] > Mail Rules > New Rule[button]
- sort by recipient
Tools[button] > Preferences > Message Marking[tab] > Recipients[tab] > enable all checkmarks
- color columns
Message Marking is exceedingly limited. Color columns require more work to setup, but are FAR more flexible, in several different aspects. It's totally worth it to learn them.
