Podcasts I've removed after a while for one reason or another.
- MSNBBC Situation Room... moderator is more interested in having two polar sides fight each other, never is interested in a neutral or unhyped view of a situation
- Wall Street Journal Tech News Briefing... more focused on useless/distracting (to me anyway) "how the stock market is moving this second!" updates, than on tech news
- Best of the Left podcast... It's more important to be factually truthful than to say partisan things I'd agree with (as Bush-43 has repeatedly demonstrated to those who voted for him), and I just don't trust someone who harps on partisan issues this much to feel this way. KCRW's Left/Right/Center seems to be a muuch better alternative to this.
- Guardian Unlimited... I can't stand their voices... PARTICULARLY the celebrity gossip section. It's trite, because I do like all the other content the Guardian puts out, but that's how it is.
=== On hiatus, things I'm subscribed to but usually have the "!" icon in iTunes ===
- This American Life... I just don't like Ira Glass or Sarah Vowell, or cringe comedy, or human interest stories generally
