Getting access to the court terminals at the District 3 location can be difficult at times.
- terminals
- the termanals at the counter don't have a working document-viewer
- (note: I'm not sure if the terminals INSIDE the room have a working document-viewer either, as I haven't been able to access them yet)
- There are signs that say there's a 10 minute limit on the terminals at the counter, and 30 minute limit for the terminals in the room. I haven't seen this enforced, though I haven't pressed it.
- There are signs that say you must sign in to get access to the computers in the room. However, I asked around, and there doesn't seem to be any sort of sign-in book.
- hours
- Official hours are 8:30 to 4:30
- However, the front doors open much earlier than this. There is often a line of people waiting inside the doors, but outside of the security-scanner, waiting to be able to screened.
- i.e. if it's snowing or raining or whatever, don't worry about it, because you get to wait indoors
- The legal-aides know the security screener folks, and sometimes are let in early, to access the computers before anyone else can.
