TinyXP-Rev09 is popular on torrent sites.
- however, the network driver it has included doesn't work... you have to 1) download the drivers here or here and install them, and 2) change the VirtualBox network settings to emulate a "PCnet-PCI II" NIC
- Also, the shared-folders feature doesn't work well.... read here for info on how to fix it.
