Switching between multiple sound cards in Windows (unfortunately Window's sound architecture isn't remotely as flexible as Linux's)

Apps that support choosing a sound card other than default:

Winamp — Preferences > Plugins > Output > Double click "DirectSound Output..." > Device tab
Skype — Sound Devices preference setting
Audacity — choose in preferences
