peg-multimarkdown
library (or port just the grammar to Perl):

that was a few months ago... 'fletcher' acknowledged receipt of it, but according to issue #46, they probably aren't interested in maintaining it...
someone should agree to maintain it, and post it on CPAN as an independent module
