There are various tools that let you auto-reload a webpage that you're in the middle of developing.
- constantly reload
- ChromeReload [Chrome]
- screencast
- requires you to install some server-side magic
- apt-get install rubygems1.9.1
- gem install livereload
- smart reloading — don't reload pages unless they've actually changed
