My favorite ones to build:

- pentagonal antiprism, hexagonal antiprism, and such
- geodesic domes
- icosahedron — all vertices have 5 edges

- icosahedron — all vertices have 5 edges

Things you can build without panels:

- all Platonic solids except for the cube and dodecahedron
- Antiprisms are all stable, and I like the "uniform n-gonal antiprisms".
- If you build a polyhedra from triangles only, then it will be stiff without needing panels. Mathematically, these are called "deltahedra" and "simplical polytopes". However, those include polytopes with legs of different lengths. Subsets of those that can be built with GeoMag:
- bipyramids, e.g. the hexagonal bipyramid
- do geodesic polyhedra work?

Things that require panels:

- of the Platonic solids — the cube and the dodecahedron
