Rules

Unfortunately, the rules aren't officially documented at all.

"all dice on the attacking territory are thrown and the total number of pips are added and compared against the total of throwing all dice from the defending territory. If the attacker's total is greater than the defender's, all attacking dice (minus one) move onto the defender's territory thus capturing it, and the defender dice for that territory are all removed. If the defender's total is greater than or equal to the attacker's total, the attacker loses all but one die for that territory.

No movement of dice is allowed between territories other than by attacking as noted above. At the conclusion of each turn, the greatest number of adjoining territories you have is calculated, and you are awarded a bonus of that number of dice. They are then automatically and randomly placed throughout all of your territories, up to a maximum of eight (8) dice on a single territory."

"Get as many spaces touching and you will receive that many number of dice at the end of your turn randomly distributed to all your colored spaces, no matter if they are touching or not. When attacking another space the number of dice you have are (thrown) and the total number is compared with the (thrown) dice of the defender. In the event of a tie the defender wins. When you lose an attack you are left with 1 die on that space, when you win an attack all your dice but 1 move to the conquered space."

"Each player starts with a limited number of territories, each with a stack of dice on them. When players try to take over the territory of other players, they roll the dice of their territory against the territory of the opposing player. If the attacker gets a higher number, they take that territory, and move all of the attacking dice except one to it.

If it's a tie or a loss, then the attacker loses all of the dice in their territory except for one. At the end of each players turn, they randomly get extra dice deposited randomly onto their territories. The number of "extra dice" is always displayed at the bottom of the screen and depends on how many connected territories a player controls. A player wins by taking over the entire map."
