1. complete all recommendation quests to gain access to the Arcane University
2. purchase 5-6 grand soul gems
3. go to an altar and convert them to black soul gems (you don't need to finish any quests to do
    this, you just need to know where to go, when to do it, and what to do)
4. get 100% chameleon.  Restrictions:
        - wrists:   no...  later in the game, you need to wear gauntlets for the main quest, so don't do this.  Also, can't fight in arena.
        - feet:     no...  can't fight in arena at the same time
        - torso:    no...  can't fight in arena
