                    - get several of the right kind of trascend sigil stones

    - turn down the difficulty and blaze through to a sigil stone?

    - get through the mage's guild, until I find out how to make my own black soul gems

    - get to Master in illusion...  that will give me cloak(75), which will get me to 100% NOW
      (albeit temporary 100%)       (I already purchased this spell)

            - similarly, "Shadow" for 50% chameleon, also already purchased
