Places where free or paid parking is available.
- ChicagoParkingMap.com — paid parking areas, and in selected areas only (loop, airports), but nonetheless useful
- ChiCagoMeters.com — search by address, shows parking meters only
- Parkopedia.com — wiki-based information
- RPP (Residential Parkign Permit) zone search — only one-point-at-a-time however
- it might actually be faster to just use Google-Street-View to look for parking signs in the desired area
- you can then use the address given in Street-View to double-check on the Chicago website
- somebody REALLY should come up with a web interface that lets you double-click on specific spots on a Google Map, and it sends that query to the Chicago website, and then leaves a little green or red dot at that location, depending on if it's zoned for RPP or not.
