Okay, high blood pressure can have real-world ramifications. Things I can do:

Take blood pressure drugs.
Eliminate pop. 4L of Diet Sunkist has 62% of USRDA of sodium, and this could be a contributing factor.
Lose weight. Extra weight is one of the clearest and strongest causes of hypertension.

Other factors:

Genetic. Dad also has a diastolic blood pressure of 95 mmHg, even though he has none of the diet factors I do.
