This is what I like to have most mornings when I'm on Atkins.
- Squeeze out 1/3lb of Bob Evans "zesty hot" breakfast sausage into a skillet. Cook all the way
through on high. Slide sausage to one side of the pan.
- Remove pan from heat, crack three eggs, scramble.
- some options for fire:
- Drop in several spoonfulls of Goya Hot Salsa. (1) it's HOT, 2) no carbs, and 3) lots of yummy veggies)
- Mix in 5-15 drops of Dave's Insanity Sauce.
- Cook and scramble eggs on low heat.
- When eggs are nearly cooked, sprinkle finely-grated cheese over eggs and sausage, and cook with lid for a minute or two.
- Chop sausage up, and serve.
