- Adding spices to the water doesn't work.
- Just brown 2-3lbs of beef
- Dump it in the crockpot with 2cups of vinegar and fill to top with water
- Cook on high for 3 hours, or overnight on low.
- Don't keep on low for more than 36 hours without eating all of it (by 36 hours, even individual
strips of meat won't be able to hold together)
- Add the fire AFTER cooking... Frank's RedHot sauce is good for slopping on it (it's somewhat dilluted Cayenne sauce)
