Things to consider bringing if I have to cook in an unfamiliar kitchen
Not all of these will apply in all situations, but things that I might want to consider.
In the knife roll:
- chef knife
- tweezer tongs
- thermometer
- Y peeler
Outside the knife roll:
- squeeze bottles for vegetable oil and water (travel with them empty, because I should be able to fill them at the other kitchen)
- Mercer culinary ruler
- Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
- ? deli containers (in the event that there will be leftovers)
- A big fan! Like the size of my DeWalt one.
