Things to consider bringing if I have to cook in an unfamiliar kitchen

Not all of these will apply in all situations, but things that I might want to consider.

In the knife roll:

• chef knife
• tweezer tongs
• thermometer
• Y peeler

Outside the knife roll:

• squeeze bottles for vegetable oil and water (travel with them empty, because I should be able to fill them at the other kitchen)
• Mercer culinary ruler
• Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
• ? deli containers (in the event that there will be leftovers)
• A big fan! Like the size of my DeWalt one.
