things to consider bringing if I have to cook in an unfamiliar kitchen
Not all of these will apply in all situations, but things that I might want to consider:
- my chef's knife (possibly inside a knife roll)
- Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
- squeeze bottles for vegetable oil and water (travel with them empty, because I should be able to fill them at the other kitchen)
- tweezer tongs
