- no automated system setup (??)... changing distros requires a support ticket (?? I would have thought this would allow them to save money long-term??)
- three varieties of debian (with a local pkg mirror to boot)
- takes a minimum of four hours to set up, due to Paypal restrictions (though in practice it
seems to be much longer than this)
