Non-computer time wasters (NCTW)
My personal definition of sobriety says that I can't do ANY sort of personal screwing-off while at work, on the computer, except for a few short breaks. However, it's not (yet) my goal to eliminate all screwing off... many employees let off steam once in a while.
Because of my browsing addiction, screwing off can't be done on the computer. But it can be done off the computer. The more visible it is, and the more clearly-segregated from my normal work it is, the better.
